SYNOPSIS
The life of a girl born in a mining workers' village who has to learn to cope with the successive losses that life has in store for her. With the end of mining, the place becomes a ghost town. With nowhere to go, she and her dog are the only ones who don't abandon the place, until a dam break decimates the village. After losing all her worlds, Kaylane insists on surviving and resisting. A film about surviving and dreaming amidst the dust, mud, and silence.
